Members of the public can attend once for free and are then encouraged to join.

Thanks to those who took part in last month’s meet n’ greet and providing feedback. There was overwhelming concensus on wanting to learn the basics. 

So just in time for Christmas! We’ll be learning about the different types of telescopes and mounts with hands on examples.

If you have questions about your own telescope feel free to bring it and we’ll do our best to help you.

After the break Emeritus member Dr Bill Weller will be giving a presentation on how to navigate the night sky.
